Known as a 2-step workflow, it relies on if/then logic then stops. 2-Step workflows are full-featured but limit administrators to only one step with no branching.

Advanced Workflow, on the other hand, allows for more sophisticated processes and logic, such as if/then/else steps, multi-level approvals, and dynamic branching based on conditions.
