We try to respond to all support requests within the same day received.
Problems with your software are typically covered under your support agreement and thus not billable. Some support requests are really requests for billable professional services and your Mosaic technician will tell you up-front if that is the case with your support request.
Hours of service are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time.
Arrangements can be made (upon request) for support outside our stated service hours.
